It is true that Bee Pollen is one of the most nutritious source of vital vitamins, minerals and enzymes. There are no two opinions about it.
However it should be observed that Bee Pollen foods can in some cases effect serious complexities in some cases, where the person is a known case of being allergic to pollens.

Thanks for the tips I am most def in the “I don’t like to eat breakfast” category.
On another note: I’m looking for suggestions on music to listen to when I work out. My resolution for 2011 is to find more high energy music than the normal Top 40 stuff. Thanks for asking and good question. When losing weight, knowing exactly how many calories you are eating and drinking is a very important step that most men don’t ever take. So…..perhaps it one’s particular case, the shake may be more calories than one should have in a day. But drinking 1/2 one day and saving it the rest for the next day is a good tactic.
