Protein is a very good choice to lose weight – it has a low calorie density, you can eat more of it and it is very satisfying. Protein is a good choice for weight loss including belly fat and love handle areas. Include protein in your daily meals rather than carbo-rich diets.

Hey Frank, great vid! I’m a fan of protein but mostly because I like most protein foods and find I generally feel more full longer when I eat protein.
Having said that I certainly try not to over do it. I see some people that are almost fanatical about more protein like they’re on a mission to keep the supplement companies going strong.
On that note, I’ve read that many of the fitness magazines have financial interests in many of the supplement companies which accounts for their almost obsessive promotion of more protein.

I overheard two guys at gym after I talked to you today, talking about buying the right type of protein powder. Their conversation concluded by one of them saying “there is so much to learn about protein powder and I just starting to learn.”
