If your calorie intake is below your basal metabolic rate and he is still gaining or maintaining his stubborn weight, then it may well be some type of medical condition. Very often it is not medical. It&#039;s decisions like this that start the cascade of easy weight loss.
As I often say to my patients, it&#039;s about a lifestyle change. If people are able to make gradual change often (in a way that does not freak out their brain) not only is weight loss inevitable but also easy, safe, and sustainable.
