Awesome post Frank.
It’s decisions like this that start the cascade of easy weight loss.
As I often say to my patients, it’s about a lifestyle change. If people are able to make gradual change often (in a way that does not freak out their brain) not only is weight loss inevitable but also easy, safe, and sustainable.
