Nice post, I myself have started on a diet and faced the same problems, love handles and a big belly. I do strength training but I mostly lift weights. I have seen muscle mass increasing in my arms but not in my belly. Do I have to do strength training for my abs to lose the belly fat?

There is no way to spot reduce fat….whether it is belly fat or anything. That is a HUGE myth in weight loss. The body burns fat overall and not in any place in particular. Eat less calories than your body uses and you MUST lose weight. It is medical science.

Good vid. If you keep your protein high and your carb an sugars low and eat 500 calories less than your maintenance + do weights you will keep the muscle mass an burn the bodyfat. if you dont eat enough you will lose muscle mass an bodyfat but not much bodyfat so you will get lose skin..
