I like your “Secret Recipe to Lose Weight”. Others think that when they do work-outs they will lose weight but that is not a complete plan. You have to watch your diet also. Check the amount of calories goes off and the amount that goes in.

Im wanting to get into bodybuilding. Im 23 5’10 and around 185lbs. Ill definitely need to cut some weight an lean up to stand a chance against anyone, but its more for me than competition. Ive been working out regular since jr high, just want to step it up a notch. I have a pretty good form now, just needs work. My good friend Gary Passmore was the 2000 NPC National Champion (google him if you like) he’ll be helping me. I would just like a good starting point with some information. Thank you
