Dedicating time to working out forearms is a waste of valuable gym time, IMHO. Almost any pulling exercise you do will work your fore arms, no need to dedicate time to them if you are already getting a complete body workout unless you are a competing body builder.
I think its best to loose body fat than to loose weight if you are a body builder. Many body builders are over-weight for their height but they have a low body fat percentage. best muscle building´s last [type] ..Hello world!

I am not sure what a fluby person is, but losing weight is the same for everyone. Eat less calories than you body needs and you must lose weight. It’s simple math.
The biggest muscle building mistake you can make is doing routines from muscle magazines. Most of those guys don’t train naturally, are genetically gifted and never started training that way. Doing their routines won’t make you build muscle fast.
The average person needs a different approach. One that builds muscle fast and prevents physical & mental overtraining from doing too much, too soon.
